Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our work. This policy explains how refunds work for Avanzeta LLC services.
Cancellation before work begins
You may cancel any service before we begin work on it. If you cancel before we start your project, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
After work begins
Once work has started, deposits cover the time and resources already committed and are non refundable. If we have not yet delivered a first draft, you may receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
After delivery
Because our services are custom digital work delivered to you, fees for completed and delivered services are non refundable. We include two rounds of revisions to make sure you are happy with the result.
Third party costs
Third party costs already paid on your behalf, such as domain registration or email provider subscriptions, are non refundable, as they are charged by the provider and not by Avanzeta.
